Return and Refunds Policy

We return and refund the product within 7 days. We will not accept refund or exchange requests if received after 7 days. We exchange and refund on certain terms.

  • First, the product must be in its original form and unusable. 
  • You must ensure to submit the returning request within 7 days. 
  • We require the purchase receipt as proof when customers claim a refund or return.

Refunding Process (if it is applicable)

After the thoughtful inspection of the return, we will send the confirmation email regarding the rejection and approval of the refund. If we approve the request, you will receive the refund payment on your credit card within a certain amount of time.

  • Refresh the bank account if you fail to receive the refund within the expected days.
  • Secondly, you can contact the credit card company. It may take some time to get an official posting of the refund. 
  • Thirdly, you can contact the bank. there may be some delay regarding the posting of refunds.

Our Exchange Policy:

We only exchange or replace the item if it is damaged or defective. If you want to replace it with the same item, email us at info@customboxes.sg.

Regarding returns, you will be responsible for paying the shipping fee. Our company does not refund for shipping. We will deduct the shipping charges from your refund amount. The time of shipping may vary according to the destination of the customers. We suggest using a trackable shipping service on a shipping item over $75.  As we can not guarantee the return of the item.
